A series to celebrate VET as a credible and desirable pathway that leads to fulfilling, exciting and well-paid careers. For the Recognition of 2022 State Finalists on the big screen at the NSW State Training Awards Event 2022 we wanted to create a stirring and emotional vignette of their journeys to celebrate their passion and talent.
A grand and emotional supercut, made using a professional voice over actor as well as choosing some existing snippets from the interviewees. We used some existing B-roll, treated for stylistic consistency and leant on some stock imagery for the opening.
The room roared during the screening, many NSW Training Awards finalists were in tears, the executives in the Department of Education were impressed. This video has since been used to promote new applications to the programe, and promote the event sponsorships.
