The short film was set out to help ensure participants in the 2023 Pacific Games knew how to find practical help and counselling while in Solomon Islands. It used the opportunity of the major sport event to raise awareness and educate about the various existing forms of violence that can occur both within and outside the sporting arena.
Voice Against Violence is a characted animation film created in collaboration between No2ndPlace, UN Women, SAFENET (the National Referral Network for Gender Based Violence Support Services in Solomon Islands) and local sport organisations.
